One of our most popular projects is Karen Montgomery's Easy Striped Table Runner. Using a stripe that is about 8-1/2" wide, you can create an amazing table runner from 1-1/2 yard of fabric. In fact, 1-1/2 yards will give you two tops and an octogon placemat or candle mat.
